Many students have turned in consent forms but still need to take the baseline test.  This should be done prior to the start of the season.

If you have turned in a consent form just show up.  If you have not turned in the consent form please bring it to the testing.

If you have already taken a baseline test you do not have to take it again.

Call the school nurse or athletic trainer if you have any questions

ImPACT Baseline Testing is offerred prior to each sports season (fall, winter, and spring).

Although having a basline is very helpful, it is not absolutley necessary if your child sustains a concussion.  If your child is unable to attend one of our testing dates it is possible to take the baseline test during a free period.  Please see the nurse or Athletic Trainer to make an appointment.
