Spring Sports start March 15
ALL student-athletes must have the following on file before the season:
1) A CURRENT sports physical
2) A completed ImPACT consent form
ImPACT Baseline Testing for Spring Sports
Many students have turned in consent forms but still need to take the baseline test. This should be done prior to the start of the season.
We will conduct baseline testing for student athletes participating in spring sports on:
Thursday March 11, 2010 at 2:15 in the MVRHS library
If you have turned in a consent form just show up. If you have not turned in the consent form please bring it to the testing.
If you have already taken a baseline test you do not have to take it again.
Call the school nurse or athletic trainer if you have any questions.
