Extra Help:
I am available B, D, and H periods and most days after school. Please feel free to come and ask questions about homework, labs, and exams.
Homework Policy:
In order to be successful in Honors Math III you must complete your homework on time. I do not accept late assignments. If you miss two assignments I will contact your parents/guardian.
Performance Policy:
If you receive below an 80% on any exam we (you and I) will have a conference to discuss and identify strategies for improvement.
Calculator Policy:
It is necessary to have a TI-83/84 graphing calculator for use in class and on homework. Please put your name on your calculator so it can be identified if lost. If you do not have a TI-83/84 you must bring another calculator to class. I DO NOT LEND OUT CALCULATORS!
Make-up Policy:
All students are responsible for missed work due to illness or school activities. Missed exams and assignments must be made up after school or during a study hall, not during class. If you are absent, it is your responsibility to ask me or look at the website to find out what assignments were missed and arrange a time for make-up exams if necessary. Students have five school days from the day absent to turn in missed assignments or take exams. Each day after this the student is deducted 10% of the total score. When an absence is unexcused, missed work will be given a zero and cannot be made up (including tests or quizzes).
